CD/DVD payment will be made:

   Upon Arrival: Please pay at the Seeds of Faith Bookstore. You may make payment by credit card, check or cash.
Your requested products will be mailed to you approximately two - three weeks following the meeting. Thank you.
Ministers Luncheon
Lunch will be offered to all full-time, licensed and/or ordained ministers, their spouses, and their children (18 years old and under) only on Thursday, April 26th.

Luncheon cost per person:
   – $12.00 per Adult (12 years and older)
   – $6.50 per child ages 5-11
   – No charge for children ages 4 and under
Ministers Luncheon Payment Options
In order to submit a final count to our caterer, we ask that you would please submit your payment no later than Monday, April 16th, 2012.
